Booking and Reservations
- All bookings and reservations are subject to availability.
- Guest must provide valid identification Proof upon check-in.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Pets are not allowed
- on request; early check-in and late check-out are available.
Room Policies
During your stay, you can choose from a variety of included and paid activities at the hotel.
The following credit cards are accepted:
MasterCard, and Visa.
Cancellation and Billing policy
- Any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival, will be charged 50% of the total booking and no show will be charged 100% of total booking.
- All bills are payable within fifteen days (15 Days) from date of checkout / invoice.
- Any delay in payment beyond 15 days the interest 14% P.A will be payable.
- If the client does not use all contracted rooms and the hotel is unable to sell the rooms else, the client will pay the hotel as per booking. The hotel will be reimbursed any expenses incurred for damage to property or otherwise by the guest/client.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Hotel Vedangam reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
